A software version of CallManager for the MCS-7815 can be purchased for
100 users. Part Number CM4.1-K9-7815SE=, List Price $1,995. Sort of a
replacement for the mid-market bundles.
An upgrade can be purchased for the 100 user to 300 user license. I do
not know if this is a license file on the software, or just the honor
system.
You could try calling Cisco with the Serial number of your server and
they might be able to tell you what was sold.

One of us is missing something -- I didn't think CCM was licensed on a
per-user basis, but was constrained only by the platform (e.g., 300
phones on a 7815-11, 1000 on a 7825, 2500 on a 7835) . I'm anxiously
awaiting comments from somebody who knows.

Hi all,
i have a CCM 3.3(3) running in a 7815 (?) server (How can i determine
the
platform?) with a 100 user license. I want to upgrade to 300 user
license.
Is it possible?
Thanks
