[cisco-voip] RTP on H.323 trunk not being sent from/to Avaya G700 s8300 when slow start enabled on CCM 4.1 outbound calls

I see normal CALL SETUP, PRECEEDING, ALERTING and CONNECT messages between both systems. But when outbound is set to fast start w/ MTP (with inbound still set to slow start w/MTP) the call completes normally with two-way audio. When call is terminated and RELEASE COMPLETE	 message is sent, CCM MTP still sends RTP to the Avaya IP Phone.  Cisco rep has been contacted but we are in a bind with testing and need some info quick.
