[cisco-voip] Calling Name (inbound and outbound)

I may be misunderstanding something here. I am Using Cisco 4.1 right now
with H.323 gateway (not using mgcp controll) and the caller ID over the ISDN
works fine in both directions. It started working when CCM 4.0 was released.

The gateway is a 2600 configured as H.323 for the CCM.

What we had to do is to the ISDN IE message in IOS configuration on the BRI interfaces.
And also for outbound deliviry we did put the Caller ID on each phone in CCM configuration (the IE delivery fields if I remember correctly)

This of course has to be supported by the telco. I have seen it work one way for a telco also.
Telcos have to take care of course. Because of legal matters, we dont want to ease fraud of caller ID and such.
