[cisco-voip] 1760 with 4 port FXS DID Card stuck in DID_PARK

Has anyone ran into issue where a 1760V with a 4 port
FXS DID VIC just goes into DID_PARK state for all the
ports with active lines in them? 

A shutdown/no shutdown of voice port did not clear
issue, a soft reboot did. 12.3(8)T3 IOS. Haven't been
able to find a bug on this yet. This router was
running fine for almost 7-8 months until today when
the ports got hung up.
