[cisco-voip] Generate BusyHOur from CDRs?

Not sure this answers your question, but you can do this easily from CAR, 
the CDR Analysis and Reporting tool.  System Reports - System Overview, 
check the gateway reports.  Or Device Reports - Gateway Utilization.
