[cisco-voip] Upgrade problem 4.0(1)

Hello

I'm trying to upgrade my CCM 3.3(3) to 4.0(1) version but I've reached a
problem. After upgrade all devices ( phones, gateways, trunks ) gone.
Any idea what could have happend. All patterns, partitions, users are
OK.

Any help needed :-)
