[cisco-voip] CM 4.1

RTMT started life as (A)dmin (S)erviceability (T)ool in 3.x.  4.x is a 
great improvement where alerts stay running even when the client is 
closed and alert triggers and alert destinations are easier to configure.

Unfortunately it still cannot do summing of multiple counters :(.

I would love to hear if anyone has a better workaround to CSCsa67949.
