[cisco-voip] Sending Calling Party Number

Okay -
 
Setting up a PRI/MGCP... I want to send the calling party number. Which
it is sending the DN of the line that calls. So I guess its working as
its supposed to.
 
But, I am confused... What is the External Phone Number Mask used for? I
thought I read that this is what is supposed to be sending in the
Calling Party Number?
 
Did I miss something?
