[cisco-voip] IP QM 3.1 and IP AA

Hi,
we have IP QM 3.1 and CCM 3.3(4). Also we don't have ICM. Is it possible to use IP QM to make IP AA with 27 ports - we have 27 ports licensed on the IP QM. 

IP AA on the CCM is not enough flexible for us. We need basic AA functionality but we need to tailor call flow according to our needs.

Did anyone have idea ? I would appriciate :-)
