That's what we see on ours. Generally, we give it a reboot once a month and
that seems to help, but SQL is a memory hog. We've been adding memory when
we can and it does seem to help.

I was just looking at the server statistics report from Call Manager, and my
publisher every day since we have been in operation (about 3 weeks now) has
the % Memory Usage averaging around 95%. My subscriber is at about 70%-75%.
Is this normal? Both servers have 1GB RAM.
