I'm running a publisher/subscriber on version 4.13. I want to make sure
I have a true failover with the pub/sub. Any recommendations our issues
anyone has had with this?

In the real time monitoring tool, it tells me that the DC Directory
Server
is down. When I go to the Control Center, I do not see where to turn is
on.
This is on my subscriber. The publisher is fine. Anyone Know? Thanks.

Did you restart the TFTP server after adding the files and folders?

Does anyone besides me wonder if this would be better served
over
http or some more reliable protocol than tftp, esp when you have to
restart the tftp server for nearly everything?

OK. I did remote desktop into the server. Went to services, and saw
that
the DC Directory Server was stopped. I tried to start it and got an
error
that it could not be started. It also says that the service did not
return
an error. I looked at the other server (publisher), and the service is
started. All of the log on information is the same on both. Any ideas?
