[cisco-voip] Using ccm window with firefox

CCM uses ASPs.  Firefox doesn't do ASPs.  There's a plug-in for Firefox to 
do ASPs, but the security risks are massive and even the author advises 
against doing it...

The TAC response I got was "Use IE".
