[cisco-voip] incorrect time display on CCM 4-1

Hi

 

Running CCM 4-1. Incorrect time displays on IP phones. The CCM server
time, time-zone etc are correct in settings>control panel under win2000.

Any idea how to troubleshoot or fix.
