[cisco-voip] Forthcoming IPT Jobs

Hi,

I installed the CTL in a CCM 4.1(3)SR2 cluster without any problem: I
did it during working hours in about 20 minutes. The process is not
disrupting (well, almost in my case...). The only thing you should take
care about is disable the CSA before the installation. Once you have
installed the certificates for the servers in your cluster, it is
necessary to configure the security in the phones and this does require
to reset the phone.

Regards,

Ruben

I have two jobs to schedule in on our call manager cluster, these are
Security on the call managers including CTL files and installing service
release SR3a for 4.1(3)

Does any one have experience of completing these two jobs and if so,
have you come across any issues with them.

Also would you recommend completing the SR3a service release before
installing security or does it not really matter.

Is the SR3a a recommended action by Cisco or is it optional upon
perusing the Resolved Caveats.
