[cisco-voip] Problem with CCM 3.3.3 install on VMware 5.5.1 build 19175

OK, I'm on my third go around trying to install 3.3.3 on VMware (lab
environment). During the install, it very annoyingly does the familiar
"preparing to install" for about 15 minutes before it comes back and
tells me, "The system cannot read from the specified device". This is a
Windows Installer error by the way. I have 2000 advanced server with SP4
installed. Any ideas? I've installed 4.1.3  and Unity successfully on
the same machine. I have the registry edit.
