The AbbrDial softkey/feature allows a user to access one of the 99 "Speed
Dials" that they program through the CCMUser pages. I had hoped that the
FastDial service would allow the user to populate these over the phone, but
alas, no luck. The SpeedDials and the FastDials are mutually exclusive. As
far as I can tell from my testing.
