I have used ESX server and have had no problems with it. Should work fine.

Did anybody try ESX server with CCM and Unity? I have access to my company's lab where we have ESX server on very powerful PC.

Thanks,
Sam

Yes.

To be honest, that is all I have been using... I am running
CallManager 3.3, 4.0, 4.1, 4.2 and 5.0(2) and Unity 4.0(4), 4.0(5),
4.1(1) and 4.2(1), as well as CRA 3.5 and 4.0 all on VMWare GSX 3.1

I also have some test bed client machines (for BearShare and client apps)...

To be honest, I don't know how you guys run labs without VMWare...
