I'm not sure about CCM5.x, but with all previous versions I have just
queried the dbo.device table via an ODBC connection to the publisher. 
This is incredibly easy, flexible and the price is right :)  Email me if

Hi,
  Is it possible to get the phone's serial number from call manager
using BAT tool? I know how to get it one by one but it will take a
long
time to go to each phone and copying it. Any Ideas?
