The Unity Install and upgrade guides are all listed here:

guides_list.html

You want to take a real close look into going to Windows 2003. There
are some major pitfalls in doing that and you should be very clear on
what those are before doing this upgrade. Namely, the changes in Active
Directory schema's and how Exchange 2003 interoperates with Windows
2003. Many Cisco doc's warn admin's away from using Windows 2003 for
these reasons amongst others. It can be done, just do lots of research
before you begin the upgrade.

I am running Unity 4.0(2) on a Windows 2000 Server with Exchange 2003. I
want to upgrade the server to Windows 2003, Exchange 2003 and the latest
version of unity. Is there a good migration guide out there for doing
this and or does anyone have any tips to make this as painless as
possible. I do have another server that has the same sepcs. as the
production unity server.

Thanks
