With an AC pilot where do you specify for a call to go to voicemail if
no attendants are logged in?

How do you have your AC hunt group configured? If you set it to go
to UserA-Line1, etc then the attendant must be logged in and online
to receive calls. If you set it to go to a dn/partition specifically
then the AC console status will have no bearing on how calls are
extended.

I have attendant console installed on a few different receptionists
PCs and it doesn't seem to matter if it is in the online or offline
state. Both ways it seems to have the same functionality. What am I
missing with this? Is there a setting in call manager that I am
missing?
