[cisco-voip] Problems Changing Exchange Partner server in Unity 4.0.4 SR1

We have installed a new Exchange 2003 SP2 server (SRV2) on Windows 2003
R2. Unity currently points at our old Exchange 2000 (SRV1). Utilizing
the steps in this document:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps2237/products_upgrade_g
uides_chapter09186a0080205a8b.html#wp1359133

We've run the Dbwalker, Dirt, Permissions wizard and followed the steps
to specify a different Exchange server as the Unity partner. All
accounts have the correct permissions(verified several times). Pilot
accounts moved to the new exchange server are able to get voicemail. The
problem is when we ran the Cisco Unity Message Store Configuration
Wizard, it was going smoothly until we got to the step to "Select
Mailbox Location". You make your selection to the new Exchange, click
next and the wizard completely disappears and doesn't appear to finish.
The partner exchange server in the Unity registry still points at the
old SRV1. We followed the same procedure at our other locations with no
problems. Reboots on the new Exchange and Unity have been done per the
document.

Any thoughts as to what is happening would be great.
