[cisco-voip] Looking for IP Video Surveillance

Hi Scott,

We have been using Axis IP Cameras (http://www.axis.com) connected to a
Milestone XProtect DVR Server (http://www.milestonesys.com) with great
results. We particularly enjoy that the entire system is IP and
therefore we are able to extend security cameras wherever we have
ethernet connectivity. The reason we went with Milestone's DVR server
was that it works extremely well with Axis cameras and support PTZ
cameras for motion detection recording. I hope this helps.

Regards,

Robert.

I know it doesn't fall directly in line with IPT but I figured many
who
support IPT would support IP Video Surveillance design.

I'm interested in finding out who are the big names in IP Video
Surveillance.
I need a scalable solution with centralized management.

Any opinions are appreciated.

Scott
