Please send a sh logg to see if there some message of the motive of the
err-disable, also send a sh errdisable detect to see the events that send
the port to the err-disable

I always add...

errdisable recovery cause all

errdisable recovery interval 30

It can be difficult to install and configure new switches when errdisable
keeps shutting down ports.

Subject: [cisco-voip] What causes a Err-disable?

What causes a port on a 3560 to go into err-disable? I know a shut no shut
fixes it but how can we fix it to not do it at all?
