[cisco-voip] Unified Operations Manager 1.1 - Anyone installed it yet?

I just got the CDs for Unified Operations Manager 1.1, but have not yet
installed it as I have to decommission and rebuild another server for
it.  Has anyone installed it yet?  What kind of load does it put on the
server?
