[cisco-voip] IPCC Express 3.5(3) install error messgae connecting to LDAP

`Installing IPCC 3.5(3) on a fresh box.

I am connected thru AD on CCM.

I run setup, enter the info, create a profile, use the default
repository profile, and when I click next, I get:

LDAP Configuration - Error

There has been some failure while updating the LDAP. Please contact
Administrator.


I have verified the information is correct, I have connectivity to the
LDAP server by host name. What is wrong?
