[cisco-voip] Publisher as dhcp server

I don't know that it's "AGAINST" best practice however
I personally would recommend against. I've seen tons
of customer run dhcp off the PUB without a hitch, well
at least until I went in and upgraded thier servers
and forgot to reconfigure DHCP (whoops).
On the other hand there are other who have had nothing
but problem with M$ DHCP, I'm not sure if this boils
down to versioning or what? I think it's more personal
preference but I alway like to use an IOS device for
my Phones DHCP and I've yet to have any problem
running on IOS.
