[cisco-voip] Link to primary CCM fails while logged in with Extension Mobility

Just to clarify when you login with EM it actually changes the  
database so no matter which server the phone registers with as long  
as that EM profile is logged in the phone will get the EM lines.  The  
user won't get automatically logged out or anything just because the  
phone fails over to another server.
