[cisco-voip] 7941/7961 Tone Generator

Is there another instrument/test tool that would generate 1004 Hz tone
at -15 dB besides the phone to test ERL?

 

Is there a workaround for measuring ELR if the phone won't generate a
test tone.

 

Would a T-BERD or similar measure ERL in a T1 CAS environment?
