[cisco-voip] realtime reports do not reset itself after 24 hrs

We are running crs and cm co resident.

Cm 4.2  

Crs 4.0.4

 For some reason when we look at the real time reports, they don't reset
itself.  We have to manually do this every night.  This was like from the
beginning.   Any body seen this
