[cisco-voip] Status of phones in ccm 4.1.3

I am needing a way to actively monitor phone calls on the network.
Someone told me about web attendant but I cannot seem to find any 
documentation for it in 4.1.

Is this still an active product?  any other solutions to monitor phone usage 
real time?  preferable no cost but need any solutins.
