It depends on how specific you need to get with the digit matching.

1. Since the only difference between all five dial-peers is the last  
two digits in the destination pattern, you could use  "dot" wild  
cards for the last two digits.

dial-peer voice 1 pots
  destination-pattern 9223711..
  translate-outgoing called 101
  port 6/5:D
  forward-digits all

This will match:
922371100 through 922371199


2. If you need to get more specific, you can use brackets to restrict  
the dial peer to only matching specific digits in specific places.

dial-peer voice 1 pots
  destination-pattern 9223711[23][8901]
  translate-outgoing called 101
  port 6/5:D
  forward-digits all

This will match:
922371128
922371129
922371120
922371121
922371138
922371139
922371130
922371131


3. So if you need to be even more specific, you'll need two dial-peers

dial-peer voice 1 pots
  destination-pattern 92237112[89]
  translate-outgoing called 101
  port 6/5:D
  forward-digits all
!
dial-peer voice 2 pots
  destination-pattern 92237113[01]
  translate-outgoing called 101
  port 6/5:D
  forward-digits all

Dial peer 1 matches:
922371128
922371129

And dial peer 2 matches:
922371130
922371131
