[cisco-voip] Transfer to Unity with another calling dn

I like the "*XXXX" method as well.  Since we're moving to Unity, this
was the easiest option.  I found this to be a little helpful as it was
quick and simple.

I've tested but not released the third option. it works flawlessly. you
will need a seperate route point for each unity server/pilot though.
