[cisco-voip] DSP Keepalive Timeout on 7940 phone w/7.2(3)

Anyone have any insight as to why a phone now and then
will disconnect a call and see "DSP Keepalive Timeout"
on the phone itself? Happens on external calls and
also internal calls (IP to IP Phone) now and then.
Maybe once a week, sometimes 2-3 times a day, etc. 

This is on CCM 4.1(3)sr2 and 7.2(3) phoneload. I did
put it on 7.2(4) today but did not see any specific
items fixed but maybe re-flashing it may fix something
up. Only one phone is having this problem and rest are
fine. Switchport is clean of errors, etc. They have
been on 4.1 for 1-2 months now - upgraded from 3.3(3).
