[cisco-voip] IPCC Express/NIC Teaming

Version 4.0, brand new. I couldnt find anything in the 4.0 docs one way or
the other, could have missed it though.

If I remove the NIC teaming now, is it going to blow everything to kingdom
come? Seems like a simple enough thing to try at this point but CRA sounds
like its pretty picky.
