[cisco-voip] BARS errors...

'because the configured identity is incorrect'
this means your Backadmin account is either locked out, does not have
permissions, or the user/pass configured set in Computer Managaement
does not match the user/pass configured on the BARS component under
Component Services (start/ program files / administrative tools /
component services. expand down until you find BARS, right click,
properties, look through the tabs.)
