[cisco-voip] Adding a prefix to the Recieved calls list

This is strange because I now have 3 of our remote sites with the same
issue but at our HQ we do nnot have the issue, the remote sites all have
the same telco provider however the HQ site has a different provider, do
youo think this is something that the telco could change?

I don't think there is a way in the CallManager to modify the number
sent after the original call setup. If the gateway can do it I can't
say.

Many thanks for the explanation Ryan, so is there no way I can add the
90 prefix through the call manager?

Short story without the big nasty CCM trace snippets is that yes, the
PSTN is sending a H225 Notify message with a ConnectedNumber IE.
Once CCM receives this it sends the new calling party number out to the
IP phone(s).

You can start with Q931 translator to find the call ref that matches
what is in your q931 trace. Then search based on the calling party
number and you should see it being sent in a StationD CallInfo message
to the IP phone.

It wouldn't be in either one of those since neither call was actually
connected. Do you have a CCM trace of the call?

Have you looked at a q931 debug on the router? Most likely the PSTN is
sending a Connected Number IE and CM is updating the call to show this.

I have an issue with the prefixing of digits on incoming calls, we have

below and this works fine for missed calls and when the call is ringing
the phone will display the number prefixed with 90 but as soon as the
call is answered the display changes and drops the 90, has anyone come
across this before?
