[cisco-voip] Half duplex, inline power, 4507R problem

Anyone have an idea why a 4507R switch with a WS-X4148-RJ45V line card
might have a problem supplying inline power to a 7940G while in 10M/Half
duplex mode? Works fine with 100M/Full.
