Scott,

We actually asked TAC about this and as far as I know it has not been
implemented yet on 4.2 or 5.0

We get around it by telling them to Park the call and the park ring back
is 90 seconds.

I wish we had this. We had it on the ROLM side. A ring back timer of so
many minutes....

Is there any audio alert you can setup to let the receptionist know she
still has a call on hold? CM 4.1.3sr2

Thanks

Scott
