[cisco-voip] Unity 4.0(4) / DBWalker error

We had the same error. This bug can be fixed by this workaround:

Anyone see this error before in DBWalker?

([Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]Invalid time format).  Check the
LastTimeModified column for all entries in the Configuration table for
correct format. 


getting ready to do an upgrade soon to get rid of a few misc. bugs, got
DBWalker errors all cleaned up but this one.
