[cisco-voip] CallManager and LCS

Cisco has asked that we EFT (beta) Cisco's version of the GETS piece in
the next 3-5 months.
But I'm sure Cisco's won't be free either.

Thanks a lot Mike! I contacted GETS sales, they indicated they were
only willing to work with 2000 users and above and the price point was
very prohibitive. I didn't get a notion from them that they would have
any part of the product as free? I don't know if anyone else has
experienced this? Thanks again for you help!

Jacob

In order to integrate LCS with CM you need GETS (Genesis Enterprise
Telephony Server)

Need the Following

LCS ver 2005 with sp1

LCS Call Control Licenses

Fully deployed MS Exchange 2k3 and AD

There is no server software cost for GETS.

Hope this helps

Has anyone got a link to a document describing how to integrate
MS LCS with CallManager?

All I could find were blogs stating a Genesis gateway is
required. Is that still true for CM 5.0?

	Thanks!
