What version of code are you running?
Did you create a dspfarm profile and do a no shut?

In my router even though I have the dsp resources, I am unable to configure
any conference bridges or transcoders as shown by the two commands below:
dspfarm confbridge maximum sessions 0
dspfarm transcoder maximum sessions 0
How do I get rid of the zeros?
