[cisco-voip] unassigned DNs in 4.x

If you delete a line on a set, and then go to add it to a new set, then
callmanager remembers some of the settings for that partition/DN pair.. I
guess cause it's saved lke that. Not sure how handy that is, although its
nice having some of that stuff auto-filled for shared lines.

That's the only thing I can think of. :)
