[cisco-voip] voice mail port wiz locking up during validating

I trying to use the vm port wizard. And after I config the beginning port #
and par , ccs   hit next.  It sticks on validating.  Have anybody see this 

 

Cm 4.1.3.sr 3   OS 2000. 4.1 Sr5
