[cisco-voip] Unity External Transcoding

All codecs on voice gateways are set for g729r8 and the transcoder profile includes g729r8 capability.

I would first suspect a mismatch between the G729 codec(s) that the GW 
is configured for and what the Transcoder is configured to support.  
Check the IOS config of both routers to make sure they have command 
G729 codecs.
