Subject: [cisco-voip] Attendant Console

Hi,

I got 8 people running the same attendant console on CCM 4.1.3sr2.
There's only 1 person having an application refresh issue when he's
going offline and this happens only on a intermittent basis.

- User press "Go offline" button
- The application does not refresh the status to "Not availabe" and the
scrolling in the directory does nothing
- The user minimize the applcation and maximize it back
- The status is now refreshed to "Available" and everything works as
expected.

The application has been reinstalled withtout any succes on that PC. Is
there any known application that could cause that conflict?

Thanks.

I've been using a CallManager trace application "CCM Trace Translator X"
version 3.0(0.1) by Paul Giralt/Cisco on my workstation for quite some
time.

I was wondering if anyone uses this program or any other similiar
program on the CallManager server themselves to analyze ccm trace files.

Are there any similiar applications certified to run co-resident with
CCM ?

Justin

the trace tools are usually processor and memory intensive - not exactly
a friendly app for your real time call processing server.
