You will need to load OS 2000-2.4 or 2000-2.6 (whichever came with the
server originally) first, then upgrade the OS to 4.1.

There is no way to do the upgrade with that software part number.   
You need the one that ends in 7825-H1 to get OS 2000.4.1.  FYI it's not
a free upgrade either.
