[cisco-voip] CCM Upgrade to 4.1 on HP DL320-G3

In this case it's not the CM software that is not free but the OS.
There is no free upgrade to OS 2000.4.1. I'm pretty sure our
licensing is such that you are supposed to buy a copy of the software
for each server you install our OS on.

What upgrades are free/not free with/without a Smartnet SAU
contract? I thought it was nothing without, anything with.

Our soon-to-be issue: We're running on DL380G2s and pushing the
limits of the18GB drives. Past experience leads me to believe we
can't just upgrade to larger drives, since the installer no longer
believes we're running a G2, but I've been assuming that whatever we
do, we're covered under the Smartnet contract.
