That's funny, I never have that issue after rebooting. It might even
fix some MWI issues for me.......

I was just asked but I have forgotten the answer.
If you're running Unity UM and you reboot your Exchange server. The MWI
lights get screwed up, due to the logging in of the mailboxes by unity.
What service can you restart to get unity logged back into the mailboxes
so the MWI works again?
