[cisco-voip] Ughh cant install Cisco IPCC Agent Desktop?

The problem was solved by TAC, sadly I resorted to contacting them over
this. Anyway, the issue is as someone else suggested as well, its IE7.
Uninstalled IE7 and the install for CAD works fine. Go figure
