[cisco-voip] Question About the Message Store Wizard

We keep seeing this prompt in the Permissions Wizard that says something
to the effect of "choose the container where you want to create AD
accounts". This scares us, because TAC ran the permissions wizard a few
months ago and created duplicate accounts for everyone on the system and
it created MAJOR issues. What exactly does it mean? We are only trying
to run the permissions wizard on one folder where one mailbox resides -
as a test. Please let me know if you have any insight. Thank you for
your help!

Is the message store changing (different storage group?), if so, then
you need to run both the permissions wizard and the message store
configuration setup (Configuration Setup under
commserver/utilities)...

It is easy... just run it and choose the stores you want... make sure
the UnityDirSvcs account has exchange full control and the
UnityMsgStoreSvc has view only, but has send-as and receive-as rights
(so, it can't be a domain admin if it is Win2K3).
